Definitely think I’ll be giving this a try in the not too distant future!

I’ve just finished 30 days of no caffeine. Would get bad migraines when coming off of it which was the hardest part. Definitely recommend as I feel great now. Easy to forget what natural energy feels like when you’re constantly stimmed up.

Longest I’ve intentionally gone was around a week or so and by the end of it I was fucked getting headaches constantly but by the sounds of it once you’re over that hill it’s golden, might be one for January that!🤔
