Some notes which I made during this video to make sure I will remeber the key ideas.
The six pillars of self-esteem:

  1. Living consciously
  2. Living with a purpose
  3. Practise of self-acceptance
  4. Practise of self-resposibility
  5. Practise of personal integrity
  6. Practise of self-assertiveness

BTW, great video. Helped me a lot… now I can see my weaknesses and turn them into my strengths.
