What’s up fam, hitting you with my home leg workout that uses just dumbbells and barbells, Exercises, reps and sets are as follows: BB Back Squat: 4 X 12-15 DB Hamstring Curl: 4 X 12-15 BB Romanian Deadlift: 4 X 12-15 DB Walking Lunge: 4 X 12-15 Quick but effective, give it a go for yourself and let me know how it goes!
