Jungian Psychology

Started looking into Carl jungs psychology principles and it’s really caught my interest. Anybody got any decent recommendations on videos, books or studies around the principles for both a decent starting point and/or a deep dive?

Haven’t looked too much into Carl Jung’s work but will have a good delve into it and get back to you. I’m sure either Alex or Mo could provide you some more insight!

Don’t know anything to help, but looks interesting. Think I’m going to have a good look at it!

Start with his book ‘Modern Man in search of a Soul’. It’s a good introduction to Jung and his ideas. He was way ahead of his time, fascinating stuff.
