How do you track your progression?

Jumping back in the gym after a half-decade hiatus & following Alex’s training plan

Have been thinking about tracking progression and session days, there’s a lot of different movements to track and I don’t want this to become unenjoyable.

How and where do you keep track of your exercise progression and session days? Would like to keep it as simple as possible 🙂

Cheers!

Hey Dan! I use an app called Repcount to log my sessions. I here you with is being tedious. Try just tracking your main lifts, and keep a conscious note for accessory movements 🙂

Repcount or good ol’ Pen & Notepad can’t be beat imo.
